An Cuong Wood - Working Joint Stock Company (“the Company”) is a joint stock company incorporated under the Law on Enterprise of Vietnam pursuant to the Enterprise Registration Certificate (“ERC”) No. 3700748131 issued by the Department of Planning and Investment (“DPI”) of Binh Duong Province on 20 September 2006, and subsequently amended ERCs, with the latest being the 34th amended ERC dated 16 May 2024. The Company’s shares coded ACG were listed on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (“HOSE”) in accordance with the Decision No. 585/QD-SGDHCM signed by the Deputy General Director of HOSE on 25 August 2022. The current principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries (“the Group”) are to manufacture and trade wooden household, industrial wooden items, artificial boards, interior decoration, kitchen equipment and other wooden related products; provide installation services. The Company’s registered head office is located at Land lot No. 681, Map No. 5, DT 747B Street, Phuoc Hai Town, Thai Hoa Ward, Tan Uyen City, Binh Duong Province, Vietnam and commercial representative office is located at No. 98, Commercial Borey Chip Mong Landmark 271, Prek Ta Kong, Chak Angrae Leu, Mean Chey, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
