The BOD reviews and comprehensively evaluates the Company's financial health and capital and debt structure indicators. These evaluations are documented in the annual report of the BOD and submitted for approval by the GMS.

Since 2022, the Company has disclosed data related to greenhouse gas emissions arising from its production activities. From 2023, the Company began conducting GHG inventories in compliance with 14064-1:2018 standard and publishing them as part of the Annual Report. Since 2022, the Company has referred to the GRI guidelines when preparing the Sustainable Development Report. This includes identifying significant ESG topics pertinent to the Company's business development strategy and operations. The Company has specifically disclosed and quantified certain sustainable development goals, including a target to reduce GHG emissions by 2% per revenue unit annually. Since 2022, the Company has referred to GRI guidelines when preparing the Sustainable Development Report. Starting from 2023, the Company collaborated with professional consulting firms to train employees on preparing reports in accordance with international standards (GRI). It also conducted training sessions and GHG inventories compliant with 14064-1:2018 standard, which were disclosed as part of the Annual Report.

The Company consistently fulfills its mission of social and community responsibility, not only within its areas of operation but also extending to various other provinces and cities across the country. The Company has issued an Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Policy to foster a transparent and clean business environment. Additionally, the Company and its customers/partners enter into Agreements committing to transparency and anti-corruption practices in business activities. The Company prioritizes welfare, environmental protection, community benefits, and its social responsibilities. This commitment is reflected in its achievement of the Green Label certification awarded by Singapore, regarded as the most prestigious certification in the region for green, clean, and environmentally friendly products. Additionally, the Company has obtained ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 9001:2015 certifications, and it conducts greenhouse gas inventories in compliance with ISO 14064-1:2018 standard.
