The Company provides information through multiple channels, including the Employee Handbook, labor regulations, and complaint/reporting procedures. Feedback can be shared via hotlines, company-provided email addresses, social media platforms, direct communication with management, or during leadership meetings. The Company has implemented a Suggestion Box for employees to share their concerns, aspirations, and feedback with the management. Additionally, the Company has adopted a Complaint Resolution Policy, an Anti-Harassment and Abuse Policy to protect employees, and a Corrective Action Request (CAR) procedure to address and resolve non-conformities

The Company includes the Sustainable Development Report as part of the Annual Report and publishes the information on the website. The Company always prioritizes maintaining its credibility by adhering to commitments. This includes timely payments of bank loans, supplier liabilities, employee wages, and obligations to government authorities and social insurance agencies. Additionally, the Company regularly discloses information about its business activities on a monthly basis and publishes financial statements quarterly and annually on its website and via public media channels.

Additionally, the Company funds external training programs, such as food safety, fire prevention and fighting, SA, ISO standards, 5S practices, and labor law application training. The Company has policies on health, such as the female labor policy, prohibition of child labor, and safety and protection policies for employees. These include prohibitions on forced labor, gender equality policies, and subsidies for childcare. The Company has implemented various reward and benefit policies to encourage employee engagement, recognize their contributions, and boost labor productivity. Notable programs include the issuance of ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), seniority bonuses, and annual bonuses based on work results.
