However, the Company ensures that there is always at least one female member on the BOD The Company has not yet established policies or publicly disclosed requirements for measurement. However, the Company imposes no restrictions or discriminatory rules against its leadership positions based on gender. Notably, four out of six members of the Company’s BOM are female.
